Help spread the word

Please help us and let your friends, colleagues and followers know about our page: Spokes of Hope: Women’s Cycling Clinic 101 (one day clinic)

It's more than just riding

Spokes of Hope is a 100% Volunteer, not for profit organization with a mission of changing the way Cancer is perceived and treated. We strive to educate and empower lives effected by cancer.

Application of the Spokes Mission

Cycling for many is more than just a way to get out and pedal around the block. Cycling is a way of life! More and more women are discovering the freedom and power associated with cycling.

For that reason, Spokes of Hope is offering this opportunity to women to help improve their skills, ride confidently, efficiently and safely and give them a network to connect with.

Following our mission, Spokes of Hope will be offering scholarships to women who have delt with, or are dealing with cancer.

Exercise ia a powerful weapon in preventing cancer, and taking back the life cancer tried to take away.

The clinic is designed to:

Bring the lifetime sport of cycling to those living with and affected by breast cancer, at any stage.

• Build and regain confidence and a sense of control often felt lost to breast cancer

• Build balance, strength and coordination, both physically and emotionally in lives terrorized by this terrible disease.

• Bring the local breast cancer community together  in an environment of  support. Giving them shared  experiences and a sense of  unity in pursuing a healthy  lifestyle
